WESTERN TIERS Film Society is pleased to announce the installation of the new sound system. It is the final addition to the new screening equipment which heralded the move to the Little Theatre at the beginning of this year.

The quality of the sound has greatly improved, adding an extra dimension to the whole movie experience.

This latest equipment was donated by Studio B and kindly installed by council.

WTFS continues to screen films on the second Saturday of the month at the Little Theatre.

In November, a bonus screening of Step up to the Plate will also take place on Saturday 28th.

This is a French documentary about the Bras legendary 3 Michelin Star restaurant located in the Aubrac region of central southern France.

A supper will be provided after the film - though not of the Bras standard - but it will allow a chance to discuss the movie.

Although there are only two months to go until the end of the year, membership to the film society and access to the remaining films for 2015 is available for the princely sum of $10.00.
