COMMENTING ON the announcement of the latest Defence White Paper, Senator Peter Whish-Wilson said “The government has made a stark choice today, to spend hundreds of billions of tax payer dollars on weapons and military hardware, rather than investing in our communities.”

Senator Whish-Wilson will speak together with Senator Nick McKim and Tasmanian Greens leader Cassy O’Connor MHA about issues affecting Tasmania and Australia at Deloraine House on Saturday 12th March. This is a free public meeting; all are welcome.
