FORTY captivated children attended Deloraine Dramatic Society’s reading and performance of the book I Got This Hat by Jol and Kate Temple as part of National Simultaneous Storytime at Deloraine House recently.

Lots of fun was had as children were encouraged to choose a hat and get involved in the performance.

Organised by the National Library Association the event is now in its sixteenth year and has half a million children participate Australia wide.

It aims to encourage more young Australians to read and enjoy books.
