THE RIO Olympics may be over, but the fun doesn’t end there! With Little Athletics season just around the corner, now is a great time to sign up and get your kids active in the local community, with events for children aged 5 to 15.

Deloraine Little Athletics is a small Centre with a great team of kids, who have a lot to be proud of!

Last year the Deloraine Centre was very successful, with several Centre records broken, and athletes performing very well at the State level.

There are a great range of activities to get involved in, including the 60 to 800m races, walk, hurdles, long jump, high jump, shotput, discus and javelin.

Events are usually run on Saturday mornings from October to March. This season includes a new streamlined schedule, with events finished by lunchtime.

If you would like to register your child, registration day is Monday 26th September at Deloraine Primary School hall from 3.00pm to 4:30pm.

Registration fees are $90.00 with cash, cheque and EFTPOS facilities available. Children can attend and participate before paying to determine if they would enjoy registering for the season.
