Natural muscle therapy

February 2017

KINESIOLOGY uses gentle muscle-monitoring techniques to access the subconscious mind and gain accurate information about your current issues and what is needed to help your body restore balance.

Many of us are probably unaware that we have a world-renowned Kinesiologist who teaches his own version of Kinesiology called Kinergetics, living in Deloriane.

Phillip Rafferty has just finished tutoring 30 students who flew in from all over the world, India, Denmark, Ireland and Cyprus to learn more about his methodology.

The month-long workshop took place at the Rotary Pavillion in Deloraine.

During his 35 years in the field, Philip has taught in 20 countries, His modality is respected and used by medical Doctors, Physios, Chiropractors and complementary therapists.

One of his students, Germaine Byrne has taken a break from her teaching career in Ireland to study Kinesiology with Philip and is planning to set up a practice in Deloraine under his guidance.

To this end, Philip and Geramaine are holding some free ‘Alleviating chronic pain and arthritis’ workshops at Deloraine House during February.

The public will be invited to have a 15 minute Kinesiology session with Philip or Germaine as part of the workshops.

Up-to-date information will be give about the benefits of eating foods with high magnesium content and the part regular water intake plays in maintaining good health. Recent findings about the benefits of alkalising the body in reducing pain will also be discussed.

Germaine explains, “Kinesiology sessions are non-invasive, safe and relaxing. When they are combined with nutritional information, chronic health patterns are generally improved.”

As part of the program Philip and Germaine will follow up with people attending to monitor how easy they found the information to follow, whether their ailments or level of pain decreased and the lifestyle changes they have made after attending the workshop.

Sessions will take place on 13th February from 6.00pm to 8.00pm and February 20th from 2:30pm to 4:30pm, and 6.00pm to 8.00pm.
