Have skates, will travel

The Meander Valley Indoor Skaters Association were pleased to offer a cheque to Blayze Rubock for $500 towards his participation in the National Inline Hockey Championships in Logan Queensland later this month.

Club President, Peter Ashton said “it was very rewarding to see youngsters from our rural area participate at such a level.”

Blayze has been playing competitive Inline Hockey at the Mowbray Rink in Launceston for around 2 years and practices with us in Deloraine on the first Friday evening of each month.

He will be playing in the Tasmanian under 13 years and under 15 years Teams in Queensland.
