JULY 2017 | Richard Mack

IN TODAY’S world we seem to suffer a massive overkill of advice about our health.

How do we sort out fact and fiction about health issues, healthy food, and exercise to maintain our physical, mental and emotional health?

How can we use nutrition to nourish our body, bring it back into balance and boost immunity and mental clarity?

Sandra Parker is a Deloraine naturopath, nutritionist and master herbalist who has been working with clients for 25 years.  She is passionate about nutrition and using herbs for good health, weight management and increasing energy for enjoyment of life.

Her work focuses on enjoying food and an understanding of your body’s needs, and she provides simple sensational nutritional ideas and fad-free no-nonsense information and advice.

Sandra will be speaking at the Meander Valley U3A ‘Coffee and Chat’ session at the Empire Hotel, Deloraine, at 2.00 p.m. on Wednesday 12th July.  Her talk will cover the benefits of proper nutrition, herbs, and exercise.  Questions from participants will be invited. Come and join in a relaxed and informative session.

For further information or to find out how to join U3A, contact the Secretary at meandervalleyu3a@gmail.com or Marg Leedham on 0409 892 462. Check out the program on their website - http://www.mvu3a.org.
