Lions Club of Hadspen South Esk is holding a High Tea on 22nd October at the Hadspen Recreation Hall, Clare Street at 2.00 pm to raise funds for Kidney Health. Come along for pop up shops, a raffle, a Lucky Door Prize plus more throughout the afternoon. Limited $25.00 tickets include a glass of champagne at the High Tea. Gardenfest - 11th and 12th of November is on again at Entally House, Hadspen. Celebrating its 10th birthday the annual spring fest is full of flower & plant displays plus arts & crafts, entertainment and tasty food & drinks. Parking available. $5.00 entry fee.

The Westbury Maypole Festival at the Westbury Village Green on Saturday 21st October 2017 is proudly hosted by Westbury Primary School. The event is from 9.00am to 2.00pm, entry is free. There is something for everyone with jumping castles, fair games, live entertainment, food stalls and much more.

The event celebrates the 130th Anniversary of Westbury Primary School at its current location. As part of the Maypole Festival, the Westbury and Districts Historical Society will be launching a publication, The History of Westbury Primary School.

They will also have a photographic display at the festival, with further memorabilia on display at their history rooms on Lyall Street. If you have any photos or memorabilia from Westbury Primary School (such as school uniforms, certificates or school books), the Maypole Festival Committee would love to hear from you.
